Smart Cargo Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

Since 2019, we are one of Indonesian thought-leader in Cargo Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) / Cargo Drone movement Partnering with few international parties and local authorities, we have developed the basis-ecosystem and concept for Cargo UAV in Indonesia We work together with Asosiasi Logistik Indonesia (ALI), Courier Express Parcel (CEP) delivery companies, military and mining industry, international UAV operator, government authorities, UAV system management and manufacturers. We are also an authorized representative of China’s biggest UAV Manufacturer: China Flightwin-Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. / FlightWin With the current (2026) increasing geopolitical tensions, to support Indonesian defense industry, we promoted our partners’ products under PelicanDroid Defence

SOLUTIONS

As an archipelagic nation with over 17,000 islands, Indonesia faces a unique and formidable logistics challenge where traditional land and sea routes often hit a wall of inefficiency. As of early 2026, Indonesia’s logistics costs remain a significant burden on the economy, hovering at approximately 14.2% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). It is nearly double that of regional peers like Singapore or Malaysia. The current movement of goods is heavily reliant on a fragmented network of aging ports and congested road corridors, particularly in Java and Sumatra, which account for roughly 50% of domestic logistics costs. In a country where the "logistics price" can make building a house in Papua three times more expensive than in Java, the demand for a more agile, aerial-first movement of goods has never been more critical to national competitiveness. Indonesian LPI / Logistic Performance Index 2023 as low as 3.00 (of 5.00) (source: World Bank) has also created more inefficient logistics problems.

The failure to integrate Cargo Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) into Indonesian ecosystem results in profound economic risks and operational losses. Traditional logistics in Indonesia suffer from bottlenecks where shipments often face two to three times longer delivery times than in competitor nations due to infrastructure deficits and crippling urban traffic. Without aerial solutions, businesses face unpredictable supply chain disruptions, high fuel consumption from indirect routing, and the literal "perishing" of value—especially in the delivery of medicines, fresh produce, and high-value electronics to remote areas. This reliance on manual, ground-based systems not only inflates labor costs but also leaves the supply chain vulnerable to the "double start" structure of the network, where goods are repeatedly loaded and unloaded, increasing the risk of damage and theft.

PelicanDroid enters the market as a transformative solution, bridging the gap between Indonesia's scattered islands and its growing economic hubs. By offering high-capacity, autonomous Cargo UAVs, we provide a point-to-point delivery model that bypasses traditional infrastructure bottlenecks entirely. Partnering with FlightWin, our UAS technology is designed specifically for the Indonesian landscape, capable of reaching remote regions where roads are nonexistent or ports are underperforming. We empower logistics providers to reduce energy consumption by up to 94% and cut delivery times from days to mere minutes. PelicanDroid doesn't just sell drones; we provide a scalable, 24/7 autonomous logistics backbone that turns geographical barriers into competitive advantages, ensuring that the 2045 Golden Indonesia vision is built on a foundation of efficient, tech-driven connectivity.
